Embodying Wellbeing

Self-care and stress management programs bring the latest in innovative & best practice to your business, hospital, school, organization or service. With a focus on body/mind connection I offer programs, classes and workshops that are designed to meet the specific needs of each group. Duration of sessions vary from ½ hour to 1- ½ hour. A suitable room or space to practice in is required e.g. board room, class room, meeting room or lecture hall. Ongoing practice supports participants become more resilient and resourceful and better able to manage the everyday stresses of life.

About Embodying Wellbeing

Embodying Wellbeing was developed by Dr. Julie Henderson and Dr. Tony Richardson, who both studied Psychology, Somatic Psychotherapies, Neuroscience,  Meditation & Yoga extensively in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.

Embodying Wellbeing is the powerful practise of coming into relationship with the self – body and mind in such a way that moves participants directly towards deeper levels of presence, connection, grounded-ness, alignment & wellbeing.

The basic practise structure includes a series of simple and effective exercises that are designed to support participants increase their capacity to self- regulate and know what it is to ‘feel good’.
