Yoga is about union and connection, giving care to our body, mind and spirit.  The century-old practice includes yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama’s) and meditation.  We practice to bring the body, mind and spirit into harmony with each other.

About  Somatic Yoga

Somatic Yoga is beginner friendly and suitable for a wide spectrum of practitioners – adults, children, young, old, fit and unfit folk. Classes incorporate slow mindful movement; gentle yoga postures and simple exercises to help us find inner stability and balance. We practice tuning into and feeling the body and look to find the joy of stretching and the stillness of mind that comes from a deepening connection to both body and mind.
